As for the GWT vs JS thing, I think we could argue all day but we'll
be mostly trying to justify our personal preferences for languages. I
don't like java, but I can definitely understand why some people don't
like javascript. (And I do miss my IDEs).

I don't think we should bully contributors into using the languages we
prefer. I think if you, Vincente and Paulo are happy to work on
improving the client, then sure - use GWT if it makes you happy.
Otherwise I might take a stab at moving the code to JS.

The most important thing isn't the language, but that we keep making
wave in a box better. This is an opensource project; lets make it in
ways that make us happy.
