I think there has been a misunderstanding.
I was proposing the idea of super tags. Which can be group tags and other
search
parameters together like a saved search label.

Subject: Re: Proposal for organization of waves
Folder trees is definitely a 90'-ish feature we should want to get rid of.
Regardless of that: maybe this is feature creep, but why stop on only "for
all" tags, and "for me and only me" tags? Wave is also very often used for
collaborative works. Maybe it should also be possible to define some sort of
scope-controlled tags. For example, I might want to organize waves (some of
them public, some others not so much) for me and my girlfriend to use. So I
cannot use personal tags, nor can I use fully public tags.
A good solution, IMHO, could be some special usage of private wavelets and
search terms: create a private wavelet, containing other participants, and
with tags or plain text, whatever is deemed better.
For example: "in:wavelet with:(me AND otherGuy) my search keywords".
This kind of searches, put into the GWave left column "Searches" so that a
color can be given to them and easily accessed.
Just food for thought. Maybe they're not too good ideas but can help get a
different perspective on the issue.
