Folks,
Thank you in advance for your patience with the CI instability. I have
been working with Matus to stabilize the non-related test failures that
have slowed down verification of gerrit changes to the VPP repo.
In addition, all of the FD.io servers are in the process of being moved
to a new data center (10 minutes away from the present one) due to cost
constraints being addressed by Vexxhost (LFN's compute service
provider). This is slated to be completed by the end of next week, and
although the team is working to minimize downtime, the Nomad cluster
will be running with reduced capacity until the move is completed.
This is presently exacerbating the non-related test failures as well as
causing a slow-down in the verification of gerrit changes. For the
duration of the move, please refrain from issuing 'recheck' on your
gerrit changes. I will continue to retry jobs via the GitHub UI to
address non-related test failures (a feature which is available to any
VPP Committer.
