Thanks Damjan for the reply. Actually, i have tried with vpp19.04 as well with same Mellanox NIC, but the problem that i am observing is that when vpp is coming up, dpdk is not able to detect the Mellanox interfaces. I tried running test-pmd with dpdk 19.02(which vpp 19.04 is using) but test-pmd was able to detect the interfaces. I have initiated another thread in the community for this observation.
