Hello: I’ve taken on the task of trying to get Matus’s patches upstream into StrongSwan as part of some work I’m doing. The start of that was porting them forward to the latest master StrongSwan, as well as VPP 18.10 and VPP master. That work is in this branch here [1]. I have not yet posted the StrongSwan patches, as Matus said, they require some work, which I’m doing at the moment.
