[vpp-dev] running VPP failed - clib_socket_init:

Hello all
when i run the vpp as a service - service vpp start it fails with error:
"clib_socket_init: connect (fd 3, '/run/vpp/cli.sock'): No such file or
directory"

if i run it interactive - it is OK

any idea ?
