If you're about to post a picture/screenshot of the reactor "dashboard" I might have a question about excess power stability. Basically, from charts in Celani's slides, excess power was extremely unstable not only in the long term, but also in the very short term, with huge swings from a data point to another or so.

From the screenshot from ICCF-17 which got posted yesterday it appears that these very short term variations are almost gone.

Is this a result of the improvements to the experimental setup performed by NI engineers, or is it due to other factors (different data sampling rate, etc) which sort of "average" excess power calculations over time?
