The 12 kW was with a much larger device, with a cell of ~1 L. This test and
the E&K test was with a 50 ml "mini-Rossi" cell. 20 times less material
(presumably) is producing roughly 6 times less power, so actually power
density has increased.

This cell produced 4 kW last time they tested it. I am pretty sure it can do
that again but they decided not to push it to higher power.
