Rossi needs a large surface area, which the powdered nickel provides. An engine would not have such a surface area. IMO if Hydrogen works in an engine, then it's because my Hydrino multiplication effect is occurring, initiated by high speed electrons in the spark, and perpetuated by high speed IC electrons from the fusion reactions. The x-rays are stopped by the steel of the motor, and are not very relevant for a UAV anyway. (BTW I think that's also what happens with the Joe cell engine).
