Hi,

>Source” http://blacklightpower.com/papers/EngPower032610S.pdf

Note that Mills concentrates on H[n=1/4]. Interestingly if the radius is
quadratic in n (as in my model), rather than linear (as in Mills), then n=1/4 in
my model yields the same radius as n=1/16 in Mills model, and Mills predicts
that for this size the Hy- is at it's maximum binding energy (70 eV). Reason
perhaps why he gets so much H[n=1/4]? :)

(If I use his formula for calculating the binding energy of the second electron,
but substitute n^2 for n, I get the same maximum binding energy as he does, but
at n=1/4).
