That is true. All I can surmise is that he wants to update those videos, and to probably dispense with the "cold electricity" designation - as all that terminology does is to become the focus of unneeded skepticism.
However, there is still ample reason to believe that there is an alternate form of EMF going back to Tesla which can show up under RF stimulation (and the "glow discharge" anomaly is also usually in RF range). Could something this basic still be an unexplained mystery which goes back nearly 100 years to Tesla ? Dunno and that kind of thing really riles up EE professors... but the "cold" designation connotes something closer to the properties of this type of power than does "radiant energy", AFAIK - since it does not actually reversibly "radiate" the kind of RF which a real radio circuit does.
He is till posting to the Harti forum as of recently, and there are some new measurements there which could be important - in that it is the first time he has been able to insert a resistor into the LED "plug" in order to get a reading of the current in that segment of the circuit, but from the comments - no one is yet pleased.
