My guess is all three are FaxBack on the backend.  We use Pangea currently (and have for almost 6 years) but are looking at FAXedge as their _javascript_ injection into NetSapiens is a bit cleaner and their pricing sounds like it is a bit better. One of them has an integration with Faxback. Oh, good. However, it also supports two other fax platforms: Pangea and FAXedge.
