As a part of some training that we're doing, we're trying to port a number into 
our network from Bandwidth. It's a number that we have in our Bandwidth 
inventory, assigned to no one. When we put in the Level 3 CSR, we got back what 
is assumed to be some prior customer... it's some business out of California 
(we're in Illinois). We asked Bandwidth how to update that on their side. They 
said they have no means of doing that and to just port the number. 


Sure, I could do that. But how did that information get in Level 3's system in 
the first place? If support is correct and there is no process for updating 
that information, then fine. I'll just push the LSR. If there is, I want to 
make sure that all of my Bandwidth inventory is updated with the correct 
information; I just need to know how.
