Did everyone here have connections that go over the internet or direct peering 
with Intelliquent?

We saw no outage and we directly connect to them.

We lost both our primary and backup SIGTRAN link to Inteliquent at 11:13 EST. 
Calling in they say some sort large scale outage. Anyone aware of any details ?
