As long as you are not including emails or URLs, use a Toll Free number.
For daily/weekly/monthly limits of 500/1000/2000 SMS, no registration is required by most carriers. While this may change in the future, for now that's the easiest way to do A2P SMS that I've found. Beckman On Thu, 7 Sep 2023, Alex Balashov via VoiceOps wrote:
