I assume the reason there are multiple PONs for the account is because
there's multiple TNs under the account number? I would contact the PUC
in your state and put in a complaint because it's not NPAC that's
blocking it. It appears to be the LEC and what their doing doesn't look
legal to me.

The reject is valid. Even though the line was activated on the first
