For all who asked for it. A replacement for the winvnc.exe from the latest tight. Dlls and viewer are not changed.

(server prop) +Enable/disable Driver +Enable/Disable Local Lan The send queueing is to slow on local lan. Overwrite the standard queueing. Have fun with it.
