Martin, I'm not sure whether you are working on the client side of the problem
or the server side of the problem.

If you have a default WinVNC server, for example, and need to change the port it
uses from the default 5900, you can try changing the display number from 0 to:
59716
(This is from 65536 - 5820;  from the standpoint of port numbers in a big loop,
65536 is the same thing as 0).
