hmm... that's quirky... Since you were doing it like that, this part is easy then. Just log the connection to see what's happening.
Open the command prompt, get into telnet, and type this: set logfile c:\logfile.txt You should then see "Log file : c:\logfile.txt Client logging on" Try connecting again with the open 66.xxxx.xxx.xxx 5900 and even if it immediately dumps you out, you will still get the output saved to c:\logfile.txt.
