you could probably set up a fake SMB printer or something, but it's easiest to print-to-file (that should be available from the print options dialog box) and send that file.
print as postecript (for portability) or install the same kind of printer driver on the server as your actual printer on the client. not sure how to sneak the printed file into the clietns prit queue... shouldn't be too hard to do though. W2K is supposed to have VPN support. provided you trust it, why not set up a VPN between the server and client and print directly to the client machine.
