Depending on your type of router used in your home internet sharing each desktop should be assigned an IP# number, for example you mentioned;
192.168.0.2 I would purely guess, another computer on your home network is: 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.0.3 So...open the port 5800/5900 on the computer which VNC is installed, then install DNS2GO on that same computer and take over from where I wrote earlier.
