Andrew, I believe the file you're after will not actually be on the 98 disk - windows 98 is a bit weird in that it will try to get it from the 98 disk even though it's actually a 3rd party driver for a RTL 8029 network card. I know this from bitter experience. I can't remember where I got the driver from, but if you can wait until this evening I should be able to send you the whole set of drivers for that card from home (or failing that, have a look on google).
