I did steps 1 and 2 but with the same result. I get no window to add the password. I get no window when I ask for the 'about' box. The computer says it is running if I try to reload.
When I do alt-ctrl-del and kill WinVNC and then remove from the control panel I always get blue problem screen when shutting down or rebooting. I've looked at the register and that seems OK. Any help please. Step two will config the settings, or you can just click on the sys tray icon.
