You might want to take a look at Tarantella.  It has a closed source
Java client.

There are open source Java solutions available for these functions.

This is a great tool you've come up with.  I haven't played with it yet
because I generally don't use Windows clients, but I probably will try
it out eventually, at least the VNC and Citrix pieces.
