Dan, Check your connection by telneting from windows to your redhat machine running VNC. Just run 'telent 192.168.0.1 5950', replacing 192.168.0.1 with the redhat machines ip. If you see anything beside "RFB 3.0 3.0" then VNC has a configuration problem. Let us know what you see.
