I installed VNC server as a service using "winvnc -install" on a NT Workstation SP6 machine.
At startup, the PC fails to load the desktop. Ctrl-Alt-Del works but, I cannot log-off or shutdown or restart the system. The PC starts successfully if unplugged from the network. When the VNC service is removed the PC works fine on the network. Anyone with any suggestions?
