You should re-install the VNC RPM from RedHat, then edit the file
"/etc/sysconfig/vncservers" and add a line for your user. Next, type:

cp -s /etc/rc.d/init.d/vncserver /etc/rc.d/rc[345].d/
/etc/rc.d/init.d/vncserver start

VNC will then start, and it will automatically start on each boot.
