Assume you've looked at http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/winvnc.html for 
authhost usage?

Failing that, one easy way to restrict the server to a single IP address is 
to set up a firewall, such as ZoneAlarm, which is free, to accept only a 
single IP.
