I am having trouble trying to figure aout a way to use a lower port number than 5800/5900...i found some archived messages concerning writing to the registry manually, and using a negative number in the address as well as in the property dialog box, however, not matter how i try to configure the damn thing, i can't even get a read anywhere. I am trying to use port23, as well as attempting to use port 80 in an attempt to access my computer from my college's campus (i live off campus) If anyone has any suggestions for a new user, i'd appreciate it.
