Is it possible to restrict the viewing machine (running windows) so that as long as the viewer is running, the user cannot access any other applications on the client machine? I am looking at an application for computerized testing where I do not want the user to be able to use his browser or other applications while taking the test. I would put the test application on the server and the test taker would use VNC to access the test.
