Hello All, I am sorry to be reposting a question that has been recently asked, but I remember a thread about opening up more than 100 viewers and cannot seem to remember the information that was posted on it.
I will be having MANY connections to our server and thought that maybe I could use a port range up around 30,000 or something but was not sure of the changes that might need to be made. Currently my xinet.d for the vnc connectoins looks like: ------------------------------------------ service vnc { flags = REUSE socket_type = stream port = 5951 wait = no user = nobody server = /usr/local/bin/Xvnc server_args = -inetd -desktop 5951 -broadcast -once -ac -geometry 1024x768 -depth 16 -rfbwait 120000 -rfbport 5951 -co /usr/lib/X11/rgb log_on_failure += USERID } ---------------------------------------------- With an entry in my "services" as "vnc 5951/tcp" Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks and have a great holiday weekend, Lonnie --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the line: 'unsubscribe vnc-list' in the message BODY See also: http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/intouch.html ---------------------------------------------------------------------
