Thanks anyway. I figured it out. I had an older version on the Windows 95 machine. I didn't think I had any older version in the office but somehow I had one installed on that machine. I installed the newer version and have had no problems since.
I did check the QuerySetting as I worked on it, but no matter what it's set to it shouldn't allow a connection through unchallenged that listed in the deny column. I actually read about the issues with AuthHosts and windows 95 in earlier versions in the version history, but I tried everything except checking what version I had installed.
