If they can add some refinements to handle issues on the windows side then they have
a possible winner. I believe the big (best known?) competitor in the remote-admin
market is Symantec and their single platform pcAnywhere at roughly $150 per seat. 

My big issue is Security. The WinVNC server currently binds itself to all NIC 
addresses.
As far as I'm concerned that's a big no-no for administering machines which run 
the firewalls (or other similar) services that help keep in-in, and out-out..
Yes the AuthHosts can be used to force dropped connections, but what admin really likes
unnecessary open ports?

This is a great app and a fantastic piece of work. Obviously I would love to have 
these types
of refinements make it into the base code; but if the Tridia folks  do it and are 
willing to
support it then I think kudos to them.
