That's not really the issue -- I'm sure they will do

Yes, it's OK if they bundle extra stuff "alongside" it
but if, for example, the SSL support or any other
functionality they've added is linked into the program
then it falls under the GPL too. That's the GPL
"virus" effect -- like it or not.

I'm not a GPL zealot and I'm sure Tridia intend to do
the right thing but I'm curious to know how they've
done what they've done and which bits will be shared
with the wider VNC community.
