Why don't you use a simple batch file ?
    1- copy files (dll, winvnc.exe...) to \Program Files\VNC
    2- regedit /s "file.reg" with a saved registry from a good config.
3- winvnc -install (the message "successfull" disappear automaticaly)
4- net start VNC (if you want to use it without reboot)
I never try it, but I think it will work ?!

I'm new to the ML, so I introduce you :
    I'm Anthony, French, 27...
I'm here to learn more about VNC (tips, bug, news...) and eventually
answer !
I work only with Windows (sorry, i'm testing Linux, but not so easy !)
I know VNC since a lot of time, but use it in my company recently.
Hmmm, that's all for the moment !

Best Regards,
Anthony.
