I uninstalled sp2 as you suggested and it did resolve the problem.  Thank

I too had same problem but noticed that this problem
occurs only if u have win2k with sp2 at the remote
end. I tried uninstalling sp2 and now it works again.
I'm unable to figure out why this is happening though.
Pls let me know if were able to solve this.
