I think the format of the AuthHosts has changed from

eg
100.100.100.

to

100.100.100

the difference being the last full stop - by NOT entering the full stop -
everything works ok

I have not seen this written down - just by trial and error

cheers

try this:

example

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3]
"AuthHosts"="-:?10:?32"
"QueryTimeout"=dword:0000003c
"ConnectPriority"=dword:00000001
"QuerySetting"=dword:00000002

?10:?32 I have set 10 and 32 to ?192.168.x.x:?192.168.x.x
for a range of computers and I recall a , instead of a :
for specific IPs - ?192.168.x.x,?192.168.x.x,?192.168.x.x...
