In fact I do get an XDMCP error with dovnc, though if I run vncserver :x everything works fine. I looked through vncserver and it addresses the aix environment issues, so the best solution I would think would be to work backwards from it rather than fix something thats not broken..... has anyone else built an inetd script from vncserver? since inetd seems to be such a popular subject maybe a standard flag to vncserver would be the best overall solution?
