If you are starting Xvnc with inetd, try using -query <local host-name>
instead of -broadcast.

I went through this about a month ago - you are actually connecting to the
RH box, but the Solaris machine is answering the XDCMP broadcast first, so
you end up logging into the Sun, which is displaying to Xvnc on RH.  

The doc for the -inetd feature suggests using -broadcast - that should
probably should be changed because it assumes that the host that you are
starting Xvnc on will be the one that answers the XDCMP broadcast.
