There's a very good reason why shared-session doesn't work with iXvnc, and
that is because a new VNC session is started for every connection under
this circumstance.  However, I can see a solution - have the user start
x0rfbserver from within the iXvnc session, which will allow you to connect
to the x0rfbserver and monitor/help the user.
