Hi,
I've tested VNC for several days, and I really find it interesting for
screen capture encoding.
The question is: do you feel it is simple, with the source code, to create a
screen encoding application, without any consideration for the client-server
model?
I refine the problem:
- I don't care with client to server connections, and so on
- I REALLY care about encoding screen captures (for making applications
demos for instance)
- The encoding used in VNC (HexTile for example) seem very efficient for
that kind of application
So I need to extract from the whole source code the elements that do the
encoding.
If anyone has already tried to do so, or has any idea of how this can be
done, I would be very happy to receive help!! :)
