Another feature which is nice, which I've only seen in procmail but I'm
sure exists elsewhere, is the ability to keep track of messages received
(via a rotating fixed-size buffer of message-id strings) and only deliver
messages which aren't dups. This fixes the reply-to-all causes dups
problem, as well as reducing headaches when mailinglist servers hiccup and
send out multiple copies of messages. With that said, this technique is
well covered in the procmail docs.
