Hello Steve, thanks for the message, I am not sure if this is the prob in my case.
Since i want to reach my PC from a Network which only has a port 80 open I have set up an dyndns Address vor my PC. Then I have set up apache as reverse proxy so that all requests on the dyndsn address are redirected to localhost:5801. There is no firewall on the pc but the firewall on the router is very restrictive. Since in my logs I can see that the applet gets loaded but I can not find out what causes the problem... Permission? Any idea? Michael On Donnerstag, 27.
