Is this on both server ports?  Assuming that it is, here's a few things to
check:

1. Try connecting to the external Internet IP address of your office (google
for "what is my ip address" from one of the two office machines to verify
your internet address and bear in mind that this IP address may change if you
do not have a fixed IP address allocated by your ISP).
2. Set up each software firewall to allow incoming connections to the RealVNC
application on the respective server port.
3. Double check that you have set up port forwarding at the server side ADSL
router correctly.
4. Go through all your VNC server settings on each machine and check that they
are correct.
5. If it still fails switch on logging for all components
(server/viewer/firewall/router) and see what they say.
6. Try connecting with telnet on each port and post back the responses.

Unless your router is switched off the above address is probably not valid - I
just trace routed it and couldn't get to it after one hop.
