You seem to have some old font paths in your vncserver.conf file which are no longer valid. Edit it, comment them out and you hopefully should be good to go. At the same time check that you don't have such paths in your xorg.conf file too. If you see the same warnings pop up when you start X from the console by running startx, then you know that you need to comment them out, or remove them from xorg.conf, too. BTW, if you ls those paths you will probably arrive at empty directories.
