We have the viewer installed on a number of computers and in the last

in the vnc4 folder. The users of these computers would not have a clue
how to delete that file on purpose and would have no reason to.
Does anyone know why this happening and how it can be prevented? It has
happened more than once at one location this week.
Any chance that a current version of ZoneAlarm is running on those
machines? ZA has a new spyware feature and it has a habit of quarantining VNC.
