I Use RealVNC 4.1.2. I have no problem using the server and viewer within or from outside my homenetwork. However, IU wud like to acces te server from any computer, even one without the VNC viewer instaled. I can use the web browser (wth jaa applet), which works fine from within my netweork, but I cannot get it to run from outside the network. I have read some posts on this forum, but I am not quit into ports and gateways, so I don't know if or how to get it running. I have a Siemans Gigaset as an DSL/VOIP gateay. I only have an IP address (xx.xx.xx.xx) as an access to my gateway from outside, and of course port translation si set (otherwise It wouldnot work with the viewer). Can somebody give me pointers how to fix this?
