Hi Adam, The problem was that on default W2K use the port 5900 Without other options VNCserver start on Linux with port 5901. I found the xvnc options near the link you show me.

The FAQ item http://www.realvnc.com/faq.html#natrouter and http://www.realvnc.com/portforward.html give tips on diagnosing the possible causes of this error. The most likely cause that springs to mind is that FC6 is running a firewall that you need to create a VNC exception for.
