Thierry, "Connection timed out" means that there was no response from the target computer whatsoever, neither to accept nor to reject the connection. The FAQ item http://www.realvnc.com/faq.html#natrouter and http://www.realvnc.com/portforward.html give tips on diagnosing the possible causes of this error.
The most likely cause that springs to mind is that FC6 is running a firewall that you need to create a VNC exception for.
