You should be able to switch in & out of full-screen mode by pressing F8 and
then "f".
That did not work for me either. Is there any good reason, why the
Xresources handling is removed from 4.1? Is it removed all together?
Can I compile the source with this feature enabled? If yes, I will be
glad if you can provide details on how to do that.
